Behind this concept are Patrick Lambrechts and Xavier Cabes, partners in entrepreneurship since 1994. First in the IT sector - visionary, analytical, and driven, later in real estate and hospitality, including many years of the “Antwerp Meets” networking events, where entrepreneurs active in the construction sector are brought together in Belgium and Cannes during Mipim. In 2008, Patrick took the step into industrial construction. Xavier followed in 2016, after the sale of his company. Their collaboration evolved, but one conviction remained constant: When people come together, something special emerges - ideas, connections, trust.
That belief led them on a years-long search for a place that was more than just an office. No standard building, no compromises. But a blank canvas where ambiance, architecture, and experience merge.
They found that place in Merksem - and here, Elevated Events was born.
A warm, high-end environment where materials are carefully chosen, where design exudes tranquility, and where guests feel welcome.
